SHIPPING POLICY

Every parcel we send is a small vessel of scent and story, carefully wrapped and sent on its way to you.

We currently ship within Malaysia only:

West Malaysia – RM13 flat rate
East Malaysia – RM18 flat rate

Your order will be prepared with care and set forth within 3–5 working days. Once it begins its journey, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow it as it travels from our hands to yours.

For now, our scents sail only within Malaysian shores. One day, we hope to let them wander further — until then, stay close, more journeys are on the horizon.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each scent is crafted with care and sent to you in its purest form. Because perfumes are intimate creations — once opened, their journey cannot be retraced.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. We encourage you to explore thoughtfully, and if you’re unsure, to begin with discovery sets or smaller sizes (where available) before finding the fragrance that feels like your own.
